- Motorcycle safety courses. NH motorcycle safety courses currently aren’t required in New Hampshire if you can pass the license test without them, but riders who have had at least one safety course are less likely to be killed in a crash. Safety courses teach avoidance maneuvers and other skills that can literally save a biker’s life.
