The rankings for “Best Law Firms” contain data on almost 9,000 law firms across the nation. An extensive survey was conducted to establish the rankings, which reflect results from surveys given to thousands of law firm partners and associates, clients, recruiting and marketing officers, as well as leading attorneys and law firm managers. Approximately 114,000 surveys were given to these organizations and individuals, asking what factors they thought were vital for clients hiring a law firm, for attorneys choosing a law firm to refer a case to, and for attorneys looking for employment.
The surveys for both attorneys and clients mainly collected data of reputational nature. Clients voted whether or not they would refer another client to a law firm, cost-effectiveness, responsiveness, expertise, and more. Attorneys voted on these same aspects in addition to integrity, and whether they considered a law firm to be a worthy competitor.
In addition to being honored in “Best Law Firms,” two attorneys at Tenn And Tenn, P.A., were given further merit. Mary E. Tenn was listed in Best Lawyers, with special distinction in Family Law. James J. Tenn, Jr., was given special recognition in both Family Law as well as Family Law Mediation.
