DWI Police Patrols throughout NH for New Year’s Eve 2013 And January 1st, 2014


As the New Year celebration approaches, The NH DWI Lawyers at Tenn And Tenn, P.A. in Manchester remind everyone to drink responsibly this holiday season. New Hampshire State and local police will be conducting DUI saturation patrols and may be conducting DWI sobriety checkpoints throughout New Hampshire this New Year’s Eve (December 31st, 2013). If you are pulled over and suspected of driving while impaired, law enforcement may ask you to take field sobriety tests and/or submit to blood or breath tests. If the police officer believes that you are impaired to any degree, expect to be arrested for DWI.

In 2013, The NH Legislature made significant revisions to RSA 265-A:2, NH’s drunk driving law. An Impaired Driver Care Management Program, an Ignition Interlock Device, Increased periods of license loss, and heavy fines face drivers accused of DWI in NH.
