According to an article posted on WMUR.com, an eleven-year-old girl was hit by a pickup truck on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. The incident occurred at a bus stop on Philip Street. Police told reporters that there are no sidewalks on this street. Shortly after the accident, the child was taken to Wentworth Douglas Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
